Coffee is good for you!

Good news for coffee lovers. 

Hats off to the BBC for posting an article about the health benefits of coffee. 

This is good news since I just ordered 60 lbs of green beans (its not all for me).  I like the stuff enough to roast my own.  If you are interested check out the Fresh Roast Plus for a budget machine.  Then head over to a site like the Coffee Bean Corral and pick up a few pounds of green beans.
